His car does have mid 12s in it if you decipher the numbers. He should be able to knock out 1.7-1.8s with some practice, proper burnouts and holding the ebrake to lay into the converter on the launch. A tenth at the start is two at the top so he'd be right into the 12.5s on a good launch. Considering the average mods in his profile, he's not doing too bad ;)
